What was the highlight of Hotel Clipper - EL DELFÍN VERDE RESORTS - Platja de Pals
Good
Location, garden and swimming pools were perfect. Sauna was closed and not operating. Jacuzzi and indoor pool were filled with very cold water. No hot water available. Inside the room, shower was broken and bathroom needed a serious maintenance. Access to Delfin resort was great with decent service. Hotel's breakfast was not good enough and the service was so late.

We liked the heated pool and the possibility to access to the waterpark activities of the camping

Really enjoyed our stay. Ideal for 3 nights.
Good continental breakfast with a nice selection of pastries and cheeses and cold meats. Eggs and bacon, sausage served too. Might get a bit repetitive if you stay longer than we did. Clean comfortable modern room. Excellent cleaning staff. Great location, a short walk to waterpark at campsite. We spent most of our time there, where there's a great atmosphere and lots of entertainment. Hotel is much quiter and a good place to relax. Short walk from beach too. A bit far out from main village, so would benefit ftom a car.
Reception staff could be more helpful. Not much information provided at check-in and we had to keep asking about facilities, amenities and directions etc.

Lovely room. Good breakfast. Great location.
WiFi didn't work in our room - enquired 3 times with reception, but seems it doesn't reach rooms at the far end of the hotel. Inconvenient.
